JUDAS IS COMING AGAIN

“The secret things belong unto the LORD our GOD: but those things which are revealed belong unto us and to our children for ever, that we may do all the words of this law.” (Deuteronomy 29:29)

“Even him, whose coming is after the working of Satan with all power and signs and lying wonders, And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved.” (II Thessalonians 2:9-10)

I heard a preacher say that if he reads a passage in the Word of God and does not understand it he just keeps reading it over and over until he knows what it means. If he really means he can always find the truth of the passage then there are no “secret things (which) belong unto the LORD our GOD”.

This preacher evidently believes he can always find the message or truth. However there are some things which the Lord does not plan to reveal to us. Why? Because they belong to Him and Him alone. Beware of any pastor or evangelist who knows everything and who is un-teachable. There are a few who have really big egos.

When it comes to the spirit world there is much we do not understand but the Word of God does shed enough light that we can understand some things. Most Christians and many preachers under estimate the power which the Lord has allowed Satan to have. Notice in II Thess. 2 the last part of verse 9 which says, “with all power and signs and lying wonders.” You cannot understand the spirit world with human reasoning.

Satan is the great imitator. For instance:

Jesus has a city that is His bride (Rev. 21). Satan has a city who is his bride (Rev. 17-19).

Jesus said, “I am the light of the world” (John 8:12 and 9:5). Satan is called an “angel of light” (2 Cor. 11:14)

Jesus is called the “King of Kings” (Rev. 19:16). Satan is a “king over all the children of pride” (Job 41:34).

Jesus Christ is called the “Prince of Peace”. (Isa. (9:6). Satan is called the “prince of this world” (John 14:30).

Jesus Christ is called “my Lord and my God” (John 20:28). Satan is called “the god of this world” (2 Cor. 4:4).

Jesus said to Satan, when tempted by him, “It is written” (Luke 4). Satan quotes the scripture right back to him, “It is written,” and quotes part of Psalm 91:11.

Jesus is called “the Lion of the tribe of Juda” (Rev. 5:5). Satan is called a “roaring lion” in I Peter 5:8.

The Lord Jesus Christ preached for 42 months upon this earth. Three and one-half years. Satan in the form of the Anti-Christ will reign 42 months – three and one-half years.

This phony christ is called by four names in the Word of God. He is called the BEAST, the ANTI-CHRIST, the MAN OF SIN and the SON OF PERDITION.

Since the Anti-Christ needs to fool mankind he must pull off something which will make people sit up and take notice. In Revelation 17 we have revealed the city and religion of the Beast, the Anti-Christ, the Man of Sin and the Son of Perdition.

There we have the description of MYSTERY, BABYLON THE GREAT, THE MOTHER OF HARLOTS AND ABOMINATIONS OF THE EARTH. (65 letters). Take the number of death, 5, put it into 65 and you come up with 13. The number 13 is connected with Satan. This whore has murdered many millions throughout the centuries.

As a student of the Bible begins to look at Revelation Chapter 17, he soon comes to the conclusion that the scripture is talking about the church of Rome. But we are not interested in that here except to say that according to verse three the beast is carrying this world wide whore church. Satan is for religion just so long as it is his religion and does not teach salvation by grace.

Here in Revelation seventeen eight we read, “The beast that thou sawest was, and is not; and shall ascend out of the bottomless pit, and go into perdition: and they that dwell on the earth shall wonder, whose names were not written in the book of life from the foundation of the world, when they behold the beast that was, and is not, and yet is.”

Notice the bold face. The person we are looking for has been alive on the earth in the past, was not alive when John wrote these words, but will be alive again in the future. Remember Satan is the great imitator.

Daniel seven tells us the Anti-Christ is a “king” and a “kingdom”. A king has a seat or a throne upon which he sits. Where is this seat or throne. In Revelation 2:13 and Revelation 13:2 (watch the thirteen’s) we find that Satan has a seat that he is going to give to the Anti-Christ.

In Revelation 2:13 we find these words written to the church in Pergamos, “I know thy works, and where thou dwellest, even where Satan’s seat is.” In Revelation 13:2 the passage describes the beast and then in the last part of the verse we find these words, “and the dragon (who is Satan) gave him his power, and his seat, and great authority.” Notice again that Satan has power and great authority which he gives to the beast.

Where is Satan’s seat? Where is there a seat today on this earth where when a man sits on that seat and speaks it is said he is speaking “out of the chair” or speaking “ex-Cathedra”? When he speaks his followers believe it is God speaking and that he is infallible.

Only one seat fits that description and that is the seat upon which the Pope sits. The Anti-Christ will sit on that seat (Satan’s seat) for the first three-and-one-half years of the tribulation after born again people are caught away and then half way through the seven year tribulation he will move the seat to the re-built temple and declare himself to be the Son of the living God. (II Thess. 2:4)

He is also connected to a special number. That number is found in Revelation 13 (watch the 13’s), verse 18. In the last part of the verse it says concerning the number of the beast that he has a number, “and his number is Six Hundred threescore and six.” Isn’t that something. His number is found in the 13^th chapter and the 18^th verse and his number is 666 = 18.

Until around the 19 century every Pope wore a crown which had a Latin inscription on it. Pull the roman numerals out of the inscription and you have 666. The inscription means “Faithful Vicar of God”. Strange but that also has 18 letters = 666. The inscription also means “Substitute Son of God”. I know it does not mean anything but count them. Eighteen letters = 666.

The Pope is also called Most Holy Father. Now how far removed is it from being called Most Holy Father in Rome and declaring yourself to be the Son of the Living God in the re-built temple in Jerusalem. Only a short plane ride.

Again notice II Thess. 2:9, “Even him, whose coming is after the working of Satan with all power and signs and lying wonders.” Notice “power and signs and lying wonders.” Don’t underestimate the power God allows Satan to have.

Evang. Harold Boyd (now with the Lord) used to go to Haiti and do mission work. There they have voodoo worship. He showed me some pictures of the voodoo priest praying to Satan and they were able to raise a man up in the air while he was laying on a sheet or blanket. He and the sheet were as stiff as a board and they would raise him as much as ten and twelve feet and keep him there until they were ready to lower him back to the ground. This was done with the power of Satan. I would love to know a Baptist preacher who had that much power with God to perform such a miracle. Again, don’t under estimate the power of Satan.

In II Thess. 2:3 it says, “Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition.”

Can we know who this Man of Sin, this Beast, This Anti-Christ and this Son of perdition is going to be. Yes we can because this is not one of “The secret things (which) belong unto the LORD our God” because the Lord Jesus Christ Himself gives us the identity of this individual who goes by four names.

In the Lord’s prayer John 17 verse 12 we find these words. Jesus is speaking about his disciples. “While I was with them in the world, I kept them in thy name: those that thou gavest me I have kept, and none of them is lost,
