The supreme court case of Roe vs. Wade in which the judicial branch of
the federal government decreed the unconstitutional death sentence on unborn
infants who can be executed without condition in whatever way anyone wants,
as long as the child is not completely out of the mother, has had a motion
for relief from judgment by Norma McCorvey formerly known as Jane Roe.
The motion asks that the Court's judgment be vacated based on many horrifying
affects of the killing that have been documented, including more than 1000
woman's affidavits of how abortion has harmed them physically and emotionally
for life.
The motion shows how the Roe decree is not just; is not constitutional;
was based on lies; does not allow for democracy; harms people; kills children;
promotes sexual abuse and deviancy; can be equated to slavery, killing of
Jews, killing of Native Americans; makes women victims of abortionist, males,
parents and others; leads to suicide and substance abuse; scars women emotionally
for life; causes death, sterility, cancers, and lifelong medical problems;
allows for the exploitation of women by the abortion industry; is used to
hide child molestation, incest and sexual abuse; makes victims of women when
they are young and most vulnerable; allows murdering abortionists to prey
on young women and Infants for money; is in direct conflict with other supreme
court decisions since Roe.
The motion is a comprehensive convincing case for mothers and their babies
with stacks of substantiating testimony, fact, case law and evidence.
After only 2 days Judge David Godbey dismissed the motion and wrote in
the ruling. "It is simply too late now, thirty
years after the fact, for McCorvey to revisit that judgment."
Is it "simply too late now" to stop the slaughter of our
innocent, harmless, defenseless Infants in the womb?
Is it "simply too late now" to stop murders that will
take place tomorrow by known killers at known locations and every day after
that with special protections for the killers by the U.S. federal government?
Is it "simply too late now" to stop mutilating
young, confused, scared, abandoned women even teenagers, even repeatedly molested
girls and continue to allow butchers to tear into them and rip the fruit of
their womb from them, leaving them in pain and mourning for the rest of their
lives?
Is it "simply too late now" after all the new scientific
information that we have learned over the past 30 years about a baby in the
womb, to acknowledge that they are persons created just like each one of us
and deserving of the right to breathe and live?
Is it "simply too late now" to look at the facts of how
abortion has devastated this nation leaving a trail of suicide, murder, sterility,
insanity, poverty, disease, adultery, child molestation, pornography, sexual
abuse, rape, selfishness and every of evil that is present across this land
today?
Is it "simply too late now" to see the broken bodies of
our posterity that have been burned, shredded, pulverized, experimented on,
sold to the highest bidder, used for parts and commodities, littering our
landfills, running through our sewers, darkening the skies with the smoke
of their incineration and never buried?
Is it "simply too late now" for a court of nine judges
to consider the consequences of their unconstitutional death sentence on any
unborn infant according to the will of a mother who is still a child herself
and is being coerced to kill by the abortionist, male partner, parent and
so many others who counsel "kill the child?"
Is it "simply too late now" for us to realize that we
are systematically destroying a whole race of our population while we oppress
the survivors with poverty leading to more misery and death?
Is it "simply too late now" to understand that the destruction
of the two partner, male and female, faithful for life marriage relationship
is a direct result of the supreme court roe death sentence on our unborn Infants?
Is it "simply too late now" to realize that the self destructive
drug and alcohol addictions that so many people are suffering with can be
traced to the slaughter of the innocent children in the womb that has caused
us to despise ourselves?
Is it "simply too late now" to admit that the reason mothers
are killing their born young children is because we destroy and dispose of
children constantly every day with impunity?
Is it "simply too late now" to repent of our demonic wickedness?
Is it "simply too late now" to acknowledge the Creator
Who forms each child in the womb?
Is it "simply too late now" to seek to return to His standard
of Justice and Righteousness?
Is it "simply too late now" to love the least among us
as Messiah commanded?
Yes, according to our own judgments, the day is approaching
when the true Judge of all the earth will say "It is simply too
late now." --
