INTRODUCTION: Those who believe the Bible and know how to rightly divide it, understand that a one-world government and religion are coming. But I am afraid that only a few of God's people have their eyes open as to how close it is.

Of course, it is foolish to set dates, as many have done only to be proven wrong. However, the Christian is not to have his head in the sand and go blindly on. I truly believe that the coming of the Lord Jesus Christ is imminent and that ominous signs of the state of the world when He does come are clearly in evidence.

Much of the information presented here comes from a tape by Gary Kah who worked as a secretary for the Governor of Indiana. He traveled to a number of foreign countries to promote trade for the state and discovered how pervasive was the one-world philosophy in the business world and government.

1. GLOBALISTS SEE FOUR WORLD NEEDS.

These people are obsessed with cleaning up the world, the environment. The truth is, the United States is the only nation doing anything about it and the American people are paying for it.

A great deal of what we are doing is ridiculous in my opinion. Al Gore is one of the greatest voices for this in our land and maybe the world.

Then, they want to resolve all the debt problems of the nations, especially third world countries. If we have a one-world government, no one will owe anything.

A big issue with globalists is over-population. They are very strong on this and say there are two billion too many people on earth and they must be gotten rid of somehow. Barabara Moots (the food people), considered as a Vice President possibility by Walter Mondale, has a book on it where she says Revelation 6 describes how they will be eliminated.

Of course, one prominent goal is world peace. They say the only way to realize this is one world government.

2. GLOBALISM IS NO DISTANT GOAL!

These people see this happening in the immediate future. According to Gary Kah, one very real step is already in place; our new money. You know that line through it, supposedly for protection against counterfeiters. He says that line has a code in it which is linked to all other major currencies in the world so that when the time is right, they can be used interchangeably.

If true, and I assume that it is, things are moving right along! There now are over 400 New World organizations and it is amazing how many are dominated by eastern religions, mostly Hinduism. The religious globalists see a synthesis of Christianity and Hinduism. A Constitution for "Federation Earth" has already been drawn up by them.

Specifically, how do they hope to bring everyone into this? Well, once a one-world government is in place, everyone will be forced to comply with all their regulations. If you do not get in line, you will have no job.

If that doesn't work you will get no food. After that it will be imprisonment and possibly death. It sounds like Revelation 13 and the Antichrist! It seems to me most people are ready to go along now.

Remember, three generations of Americans have been exposed to this in public education. Outcome Based Education and Goals 2000 are mandated by Washington and 37 states have already signed up and the other 13 have applied. These programs mandate the dumbing down and globalizing of our youth.

These are put off as the brainchild of President Clinton but were actually originated by a German, Robert Mueller, former Assistant Secretary of the United Nations.

3. A NAME YOU PROBABLY FORGOT.

Remember Michal Gorbachev, theformer president of Russia? He did not die; he is very much alive! He heads the Gorbachev Foundation which has its headquarters, believe it or not, on a military base in California. Without a doubt, Mr. Gorbachev has more power now than when he was the Russian leader.

A while ago, he spoke to 300 members of the CFR Ä the Council on Foreign Relations. Do you know what that is? It is the organization which brought the United Nations into being!

Most of the big time leaders in the U.S., including Presidents, have been members of that liberal, global minded body. Clinton was a member; President George Bush was chairman of it, etc.

Back to Gorbachev. His subject at that meeting was Global Government.! He proposed a global tax (which no one will pay but America) to support the United Nations as a world peace keeping force.

Some of those present: many Buddhist and Hindu leaders, Spiritists, Sidney Bryzinski (National Security Advisor under President Carter and student of Pierre DeChardin, the mystic, spiritist, Roman Catholic priest), Mario Coumo, former president George Bush, the daughter of Mahatma Ghandi, Carl Sagin (spiritist, famous New Ager), Paul Volker (former head of the Federal Reserve).

4. CLINTON IS COMMITTED TO IT!

Don't forget Clinton was a draft dodger during the Viet Nam War and publicly protested against his own country when he fled to England. Much of the public education program for dumbing down our children was first used in Arkansas while he was governor.

Remember John Anderson, Independent candidate for President some years ago? He now heads the World Federalist Association. He wrote a letter to Clinton seeking his help in reaching their goals, really just one Ä globalization! The President replied: "We need an effective U.N. . . . We are confident we can work out a program in line with the goals of the U.N. founders. As I work with the leaders of the State Department and Madam Albright, I will keep your ideas in mind."

Clinton's push for Most Favored Nation treatment of China is a part of bringing China into the world community. Not only did president Clinton push it, but the Republican leadership strongly promoted it, including presidential candidate George W. Bush.

Many of these promoters of one world say that the greatest obstacle to the whole thing is the United States where there are still some who love this land and oppose the liberal philosophies.

You may remember during the war in Bosnia, President Clinton placed our troops under U.N. command but because some soldiers rightly refused and there was a public outcry, he relented. But this is waning and with each new generation being brainwashed into thinking that patriotism is bad and globalism is good, I believe a large majority of Americans have swallowed this damning philosophy.

It was ten years ago, after our victory in the Persian gulf that President Bush called for a new world order. Not only do we have great strides toward a one world government, but the ecumenical movement was never more viable in the minds of many than right now.

Of course, we know from the Word of God (Especially Revelation 13 and 17) that there will be a one world government and one world- wide religion headed up in Rome. Just the other day I received a news release which said the National Council of Churches will meet with Catholics and evangelicals to explore starting a new organization.

A notice of the proposal has been sent to the National Conference of Catholic Bishops and the National Association of Evangelicals. There has been a number of significant meetings of the world's religious leaders in the past few years.

5. SOME RELATED INFORMATION.

I have a 30 page brochure announcing classes for teachers in Massachusetts State Universities, teachers colleges and some private institutions. It is entitled, "The Global Perspective." There are at least 10 courses on the religions of India, mostly Hinduism. Other eastern religions are also covered including Confucianism, Buddhism, and Islam.

Some specific topics: "Teachers as Agents of Change, New Global Approaches, Population and Poverty Issues, The Rights of the Child, The Chinese and Other Revolutions, Six Billions and Counting, etc."

Public school teachers have longbeen taught that they can change the world; and indeed they can. Notice the teaching of eastern religions. You can teach any religion you want to, as long as it is not Christianity and as long as you don't bring in the Bible.

6. WHAT SHOULD

WE DO?

While we are not going to be here for the Tribulation, when these things will see their complete fruition, it certainly seems that a great deal of this is going to take shape before the Rapture. After all, world movements rarely, if ever, take place over night.

One thing serious believers need to do is to live each day listening for the ". . . shout, the voice of the archangel and the trump of God." While it is still a fundamental doctrine, I don't think too many Fundamentalists are moved by it. Like the ungodly, we are buying and selling . . . for all too many of us it is business as usual!

Too many of God's people are bogged down in this world. Where are the consistent soul winners? The true prayer warriors? The sacrificial givers? We need to stop playing Church and get busy about our Master's business. Souls are going to hell by the thousands, by the millions, and we are not doing all that we can to reach them before it is too late.

Let us lay up treasure in Heaven and not on earth! In the light of world events and conditions, we need to "Awake unto righteousness and sin not, for many have not the knowledge of God." Beloved, if we do not give these poor blinded souls the Gospel message, their blood will surely be on our hands. †
