Scientists have been telling us for years that man is destroying the earth. They reasoned that we need to protect our ozone, stop the air pollution, clean up the water, stop burning your trash, get rid of asbestos, make safer "cigarettes" and a hundred other things. All this hype is nothing more than human reasoning without a source of truth. (Think on that for a while.)

For a number of years, we have been told by this same group that the earth is going to get warmer because we are destroying our atmosphere, the ozone layer, and etc., etc., etc. (The King And I. Remember?)

What they failed to tell you was the truth! Scientists won't DARE tell the truth about this FACT lest they be branded "fanatics." Besides, to tell the truth would end their research and jobs and then they would have to work for a living and that would be a disgrace to a Ph.D.

Truth about this "global warming" has been ignored for thousands of years by the educated folks just as the FACTS about the flood were ignored by the educated folks of Noah's day. The citizens of Sodom and Gomorrah didn't believe the truth any more than the average American believes the truth, but that didn't change the truth for one trillionth of a second.

I suppose you want to know what FACTS I have on this matter? I'm glad you ask, as I was just about ready to print them for you. In Revelation 16:8-9 we read.

8. And the fourth angel poured out his vial upon the sun; and power was given unto him to scorch men with fire.

9. And men were scorched with great heat, and blasphemed the name of God, which hath power over these plagues: and they repented not to give him glory.

This event occurs during the time on this earth called the Tribulation. It is going to be an awful time, a time of pain, a time of destruction, and as you can see, a time of "great heat." I would say that it would define global warming quite well.

But, that is not all. Oh, no! If that were all, we might say that there is hope. But let me advise you right now that this global warming is going to be worse than you could imagine. It is going to be worse than anything the scientists have warned you about. It is so bad, my friends, that it will eventually destroy everything you own! Let me show you what science REFUSES to tell you. (2 Peter 3:10-12)

10. But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night; in the which the heavens shall pass away with a great noise, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat, the earth also and the works that are therein shall be burned up.

11. Seeing then that all these things shall be dissolved, what manner of persons ought ye to be in all holy conversation and godliness,

12. Looking for and hasting unto the coming of the day of God, wherein the heavens being on fire shall be dissolved, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat?

Certainly, you will have to admit, that is global warming at its peak! The EPA, Green peace or any other conservation plans are NOT going to "save the earth." This earth is destined to burn up and EVERYTHING in, on and around it.

How can you escape, you ask? The answer is very simple. You must be born again, (John 3:3-7). You must call upon the name of the Lord and be saved. Imagine living through the tribulation when the sun is so hot it scorches men, and then having all you own burned up and then you end up in hell and the lake of fire for eternity! That, my friend, is global warming at its worst.

Why not do this. (Romans 10:9,12,13)

9. That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.

12. For there is no difference between the Jew and the Greek: for the same Lord over all is rich unto all that call upon him.

13. For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.
